We will ensure that our fees are fair and that there are no hidden costs when discussing our fee structure with our Clients. The structure you can expect is as follows:-
Our fee includes:-
- Pre mediation administration
- Pre mediation preparation
- One whole day of mediation (usually expected to take 8 – 9 hours)
- Three follow up conversations
In addition to our fee we will recharge any costs incurred at actual cost, for example:-
- External venue hire (if required) including refreshments and a light lunch for the parties
- Travel costs
If travelling by car we will calculate the mileage charge using the HMRC current rate.
