Don’t worry if you don’t want to be tied down to a contract. The most important thing for me is that the service I provide fits your needs.
If that means you need my help just every now and then I will be happy to provide that support and invoice you for the time spent.
It might be that you have a one-off project, you want to conduct a staff survey, for instance, or you have an individual or team who are not working to the best of their ability or to the standards you require. That’s fine, these things happen, and I am very happy to get involved on an ad hoc basis.
